1 Definitions & Interpretation

The following words and terms are used with specific meanings throughout these terms and conditions:

• "Platform" or "Site" — The official website of jete7 and all associated services.
• "User" or "You" — Any person who registers on this platform and uses its services.
• "We" or "jete7" — The authority operating this website.
• "Account" — Each individual user account created through registration.
• "Wallet" — The digital balance linked to an account where deposits, bonuses, and winnings are held.
• "Bonus Funds" — Money granted under promotional offers, which cannot be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirements are met.

These terms and conditions are drawn up in accordance with the legal framework of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Where any provision is unclear, the most recently published version shall apply.

2 Account Registration & Verification

Opening an account at jete7 is entirely voluntary. However, once registered, you are considered to have accepted all provisions of these terms and conditions.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each individual may open only one account. jete7 reserves the right to close all accounts and forfeit balances if multiple accounts are created.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Opening an account with false information will be considered a serious breach of these terms and conditions.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure a secure and transparent service, jete7 may request proof of identity, proof of address, or payment method verification at any time. Withdrawal requests may be put on hold until verification is complete.

2.3 Login Security

Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. Please notify our support team immediately of any unauthorised login. jete7 will not be liable for any loss resulting from third-party access.

3 Age Limit & Eligibility

jete7's services are for individuals aged 21 or over only. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

• Opening an account in the name of a minor or operating an account on their behalf is strictly prohibited.
• Payment methods used to deposit via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank transfer must be registered in the same name as the account holder.
• If false information is provided regarding age, all transactions will be voided.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank).
• Deposited funds will be credited to your wallet after verification is complete. If there is a technical delay, please contact the support team.

4.2 Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal funds typically reach your payment account within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed.
• To withdraw from bonus funds, the associated wagering requirements must be fulfilled.

4.3 Transaction Policy

jete7 does not charge any fees on transactions. However, your payment service provider may apply its own charges — jete7 will not be liable for these.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

jete7 offers various types of bonuses. Each bonus has its own terms, but the general rules below apply to all promotions.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• On your first deposit: 150% bonus, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus — your total wallet balance will be ৳2,500.
• Example for a larger deposit: On a ৳14,000 deposit the bonus is capped at ৳10,000 — giving a total of ৳24,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.
• Wagering multiplier: 15x.
• Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳22,500 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless jete7 explicitly permits it.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, jete7 reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus and any winnings earned from it.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on jete7 are considered to have been placed voluntarily and knowingly. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.

6.1 Sports Betting

• Bet outcomes are determined based on the official result of the relevant event.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned midway, the bet will be settled in accordance with jete7's policy.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical issue, jete7 reserves the right to void the relevant bet.

6.2 Casino Games

• All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and are fair.
• If your internet connection is lost during a game, your game state will be saved; you can continue from where you left off once reconnected.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jete7 platform:

• Fraudulent activity, account hacking, or attempting to manipulate the system.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or play games.
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources onto the platform.
• Operating an account under another person's identity while concealing your own.
• Collecting bonuses through multiple accounts from the same household or the same device.
• Knowingly exploiting erroneous or incorrect odds.
• Threatening or harassing any member of the platform's staff.

For any of the above violations, jete7 may immediately close the account and forfeit the balance.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

• Personal information is not shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
• You have the right to request correction or deletion of your own data.

9 Responsible Gaming

10 Account Closure & Suspension

10.1 At the User's Request

You can close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing.

10.2 Closure by jete7

If any breach of these terms and conditions or evidence of fraudulent activity is found, jete7 may suspend or permanently close the account without prior notice.

10.3 Inactive Accounts

jete7 may apply a separate policy to accounts that have been inactive for an extended period. You will be notified in advance by email.

11 Limitation of Liability

jete7 will not be liable for any losses arising from the following situations:

• Issues caused by the user's device, internet connection, or power outage.
• Delays or failures by third-party payment services.
• Inadvertent disclosure of account details to a third party by the user.
• Unexpected game interruptions caused by technical errors.
• Force majeure events such as natural disasters, cyber attacks, or government restrictions.

jete7's total liability will never exceed the actual balance held in your account at the relevant time.

12 Changes to Terms

jete7 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Notice will be provided on the platform before any changes take effect.

• Notifications will be sent to the registered email for any important changes.
• Continuing to use the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
• If you do not agree to the new terms, withdraw all your balance before closing your account.
